We are happy to accept returns within 365 days of your purchase. All returns require an RMA number. You can receive one by email at returns@tilebar.com. Please note that RMA #s are only good for 15 days after they are issued.

Can you get free backsplash samples

Not sure what style or finish you want to use for your backsplash, ceiling or wall panel project? No worries. You can order up to 10 FREE samples to get an idea of how great our products will look in your home.

How long does TileBar shipping take

When you order from TileBar, you're ordering from the source. Most products are in stock in our NJ warehouse and ready to ship to your doorstep. Our lightning fast shipping means you should expect to receive your order within 7-10 days.

You may order up to 10 backsplash, ceiling or wall panel samples. If you request more than 10 samples, we have found that it's typically in your best interest to have a free consultation with one of our DIY decor specialists.

How long does it take for tile to ship

Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email from us within an hour of your purchase. Express orders are shipped the next business day and standard orders typically ship within 2 business days after purchase.

Can tile be returned

Standard Return and Refund Policy
Tile can only refund orders placed directly through our website. If you purchased your Tile(s) through another party (like Amazon.com), contact them for return instructions. You can return your Tile for a refund within 30 days from the day you received your Tile shipment.

Can you return a Mixtile

Every Mixtiles order comes with a hassle-free, money back guarantee. If you're not satisfied for any reason, just drop us a line and we'll refund or replace immediately.

Can you return unused tiles to Home Depot

Simply take your purchase back to any Home Depot and get your money back instantly or exchange for something else. Be sure to bring a copy of your receipt or shipping confirmation email, credit card you used for the item and valid I.D.

Can you return unused tile at Lowes

If you're not completely satisfied with your Lowe's purchase, simply return the merchandise to any Lowe's store in the US. Most new, unused merchandise can be refunded or exchanged with proof of purchase within 90 days of the original purchase date, unless noted in our Return Policy Exceptions.
